Use of hot water while washing your hair and the use of hot blow-dryers can also hinder hair growth. Dry your hair by patting gently. Also try to protect your scalp from the sun.

Brush gently when your hairs are wet.
Cut back the use of hair-gels, creams and hair-dyeing chemicals. Herbal oil massage nourishes your hair naturally.
When getting your hair trimmed, ask your barber to use a good quality steel scissors instead of blunt scissors.
