Steak Hoagie
4 sandwiches:
4 Hoagie Steaks
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 long sandwich rolls, split and toasted
8 tomato slices, thinly sliced
8 red onion slices, thinly sliced
Lettuce
Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
Dill pickle slices
In skillet over medium-high heat, fry Hoagie Steaks until browned and meat is well cooked, when center is no longer pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. For each sandwich, cover each roll half with 1 Hoagie Steak, 1 slice each of Swiss and provolone cheese, let cheese melt on hot steak. Cover with 2 slices tomato, 2 slices of red onion, 2 slices of dill pickle and lettuce. Top with mayonnaise, and always remember to lightly salt your tomato slices for the best results, when making any sandwich.
