For a month now, the partnership between Decolar.com and Abril, through Quadro Rodas Guide, is helping a lot of people plan their trips. If before this venture the guide was already a great tool for choosing the best travel destinations, with the new Decolar.com features it is not only possible to be informed but arrange all the steps of the trip as well.
The tool is readily available on the guide's main page and it enables each user to search on the Decolar.com database for tourist packages, flights, hotels and car rental according to the destination he previously chose on the guide. “The idea is to allow the user to search for actual offers on the destination he has just read about”, explains Daniel Bento, Decolar.com Country Manager.
The amount of information is huge. On the site, it is possible to read hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions reviews on over 1.200 Brazilian cities. After choosing the destination, a tourist can book his trip by searching possibilities on over 500 airlines, thousands of hotels and the main international rent-a-car companies, with the option of arranging a trip around Brazil or at any other place in the world.
The Quatro Rodas Guide has been a references resource for travelers visiting Brazil for over 40 years now. Decolar.com is the biggest e-commerce travel company on Latin America having won the 2006 Ibest Prize.
